The NIAI is designed to bring faculty who have their first independent NIH R-level grant together over the course of the academic year to discuss important topics for a successful career at MGH. The objectives of this initiative include creating opportunities for you to meet and talk with MGH research leadership; providing critical information and skills to advance your career; facilitating networking among new PIs, to encourage collaborations and peer support.
