About the Office for Senior Faculty Affairs
The goal of the OSFA, Office for Senior Faculty Affairs, is to support senior faculty on a broad range of issues:
- Ascension to senior faculty (promotion to Professor, identifying leadership opportunities).
- Challenges and opportunities for senior faculty (how mentorship changes as your trainees grow into mid-career faculty).
- Transitions from senior faculty into partial or full retirement.
