TeleHealth at the Healey & AMG Center for ALS
Massachusetts General Hospital TeleHealth enables community providers and Mass General clinicians to provide high-quality, coordinated care to patients and families through virtual technology including: phone, video, text, email, mobile applications and remote monitoring. Patients at our ALS Multidisciplinary Clinic are finding that TeleHealth visits are both convenient and beneficial. After a televisit with Merit Cudkowicz, MD, MSc, one patient wrote to say:
"I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to talk with you on Friday (and Katherine Tee, RN, too). It is such a reassurance for me to know you. No one could care more, have greater insight into this damn disease, or be more generous with their time."
